"I've been a member with Beth Bales since 2016 and it's been a positive experience the entire time. "I was with Progressive for almost 16 years and their customer service went significantly bad since the COVID pandemic. Plus, the Emerald discounts for being a loyal customer weren't as good as I thought. Switched to State Farm about 2 years ago and I love their excellent customer service. They also have a local office that we can go to in person if I want to make significant changes to my policies, or call them directly to make payments or if I have any quick questions. The only thing that I regret is not making a switch sooner!"
